How long does a session take?

A session takes between 5-10 minutes.

Are chemicals in the spray tan solution?

All ingredients we use a select variety of natural oils and extractions. The main ingredient is extracted from beets, which reacts with the skin and turns the top 10 layers dark.

How far do you travel?

​

 

 

I travel as far as 50 miles; however, I can travel beyond 50 miles if your budget allows.

What are the shades I can get? 

​

 

The shades are dependent upon the skin type. For instance, a level "8" spray tan is equivalent to 6 visits to the beach. If a client wants to get darker than what they naturally tan, I will use a competition-grade spray. However, the most common spray is the one that produces your natural color.

What should I wear during a spray tan?

​

 

Whatever makes you feel comfortable! It won't stain any of your clothing. Many people go topless or in their birthday suits.

What should I do to prepare myself for a spray tan session?

​

Shaving and exfoliating the night before is a good idea. Do not use lotion for 3 hours prior to your session.

I'd like to shower after my spray tan. How long do I have to wait?

​

You can shower 10-12 hours after your spray tan. It's completely wearable; so, you can go about your day completely normal.

How long before I can get dressed after the session?

​

 

Immediately. BEETTAN is absorbed by the skin very quickly. You don't have to worry about your tan being tarnished by clothing.

 

Will the spray tan affect my hair or nails?

​

 

 

No. BEETTAN ingredients do not contain keratin, so your hair and nails are safe.
